Rules for using InstaMapp

InstaMapp helps collectors catalog inventory, organize teams, manage wishlists, scan collectible packaging, and coordinate marketplace activity. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and using accurate information when listing, messaging, or contributing to the master database.

Do not use InstaMapp to misrepresent collectibles, harass other users, evade blocks, upload unlawful content, or interfere with service operation. Marketplace conversations and reports may be reviewed for safety, fraud prevention, and moderation.

The Hot Wheels master database is moderated. User-submitted edits are suggestions until approved by an admin. Imported or contributed data must respect source attribution and applicable rights.

Team owners and admins control member access, marketplace policies, and billing for their teams. Billing and usage limits may restrict scans, team size, inventory count, or photo storage.

Family plans & child accounts. A Family subscription lets a parent or guardian create and manage accounts for their children. By adding a child you confirm you are that child’s parent or legal guardian, consent to their use of InstaMapp, and are responsible for their activity. Child accounts are subject to age-appropriate protections — messaging is disabled, marketplace pricing is hidden, and purchases require your approval. You may remove a child account at any time.
